Project detail
After a series of commercial and residential buildings such as Hoang Thanh Tower, Lancaster Hanoi and Splendora City, we continue to prove our ability by successfully gaining the contract of M&E works for New Horizon City project at 87 Linh Nam. The overall scope of works includes Electrical, ELV, Plumbing, HVAC and Fire protection systems.
Adjacent to two main routes, many commercial, entertainment centers, schools and hospitals, 87 Linh Nam is a favorable location for the construction and operation of the buildings. Four large tower blocks to be built on an area of 19,903.1 m2 will provide 1,224 apartments and 10 floors for commercial & service purposes. The project is supposed to be finished at the beginning of 2017 and to become an ideal choice for Hanoi citizens.
