Located in Dong Hung Thang 1 Residential Area, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, Hyatt Place Ha Long Bay is a high-end hotel project, promising to become an ideal destination for domestic and foreign tourists. With a scale of 2 basements and 15 floors above ground, the hotel is designed in a modern style, integrating many luxurious amenities such as high-class rooms, international standard restaurants, conference center, infinity pool, rooftop bar with panoramic views of Ha Long Bay.

Currently, the project is in the completion stage and Sigma is honored to be selected as the contractor for the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) system for this project. With extensive experience in the M&E field, Sigma is committed to providing synchronous, modern mechanical and electrical solutions, ensuring safety, high efficiency and optimal operation for the hotel.

Sigma's scope of work at the Hyatt Place Ha Long Bay project includes electrical, low voltage, water supply and drainage, air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC), and fire protection (PCCC). The power supply system is designed to ensure a stable energy source, meeting the hotel's continuous operation needs. The low voltage system is integrated with advanced technologies such as smart lighting, high-speed internet, security surveillance and multimedia communications, helping to enhance the guest experience.

In addition, the HVAC system deployed by Sigma will optimize the air quality in the hotel, helping to save energy and bring the most comfortable space. The fire protection system is installed according to strict safety standards, to ensure the ability to prevent and handle fire incidents effectively.

With the construction progress being accelerated, Sigma's team of engineers and workers are working day and night to complete the items according to plan, ensuring the highest quality and meeting the set schedule. Participating in the implementation of the M&E system at Hyatt Place Ha Long Bay once again affirms Sigma's outstanding capacity in the field of M&E construction for high-end hotels and resorts.
