Recently, the success story has been continued by Sigma with the construction of M&E, fire protection at the Fairmont Hotel, commercial service, and office complex project, 10 Tran Nguyen Han & No. 27-29 Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.

About the project:
Accor, the leading international hotel management group in Vietnam, will welcome the Fairmont brand with the signing of the 241-room Fairmont Hotel. The Fairmont hotel in Vietnam's first city is expected to open in 2024, located in the center of Hanoi, adjacent to two sides of Ly Thai To and Tran Nguyen Han streets. The project promises to be a top-class resort and become one of the heritage hotels attracting the high-end tourism segment.

 
 





The overall perspective of Gelex Fairmont Hotel project
 
According to the investor - Gelex Group, the project has a total area of 9,934 m2. The overall venture is expected to be 4,000 billion VND with 8 floors and 4 basements.
 
Designed by two famous companies, Perkins Eastman and Aston Design, Fairmont Hanoi's architecture and interiors are the product of extensive research into Thang Long's culture, history, and art. The hotel is designed inspired by lacquer art with the impressive colors of Vietnam, the red alluvial red of the Red River, the Indochinese style of the French colonial period, along with the motifs in the history of the development of the dynasties of Vietnam.

Located in the heart of Hanoi, just a three-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, the Fairmont Hotel is close to many of the most important government and business buildings in the city. The hotel will have entertainment facilities, and outstanding events and will become a favorite destination of tourists coming to work or travel in the capital.
 
Fairmont Hotel will bring customers to discover a resort right in the heart of the capital with six restaurants, two indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a modern gym and spa system. Offering a 1,000-square-meter banquet hall as well as nine other meeting rooms, the Gelex Fairmont Hotel promises to become one of the most upscale venues for meetings and events in the capital.
 
With the Fairmont Hotel project, Sigma is expected to complete the package BP05A – M&E and fire protection, and hand it over at the end of 2023.

Throughout its history of more than a century, Fairmont has become a hotel brand associated with important world events. Fairmont San Francisco was the site of the drafting of the United Nations Charter with the participation of 51 countries.
