Four Seasons Hanoi at Hoan Kiem Lake Hotel is the first 6-star hotel project in Hanoi, located at a prime location at 22-32 Le Thai To Street, Hang Trong Ward, Hoan Kiem District. The project is managed and operated by Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, a world-famous luxury hotel brand.
With a direct view of Hoan Kiem Lake, the hotel not only has commercial value but also contributes to honoring the historical and cultural beauty of Hanoi's Old Quarter. The hotel's design is a combination of classic French architectural style with a modern breath, creating a luxurious, classy space but still in harmony with the surrounding landscape.

Overview of the Four Seasons Luxury Hotel project
The hotel is expected to provide about 100 luxury rooms, 5-star amenities such as restaurants, spas, infinity pools, conference centers and luxury shopping areas. This will be an ideal stopover for the upper class and international guests when coming to Hanoi.
With more than 20 years of experience in the field of mechanical and electrical systems (M&E), Sigma is honored to be selected as the mechanical and electrical contractor for the Four Seasons Hanoi Hotel. This is an international-class project, requiring strict construction standards to ensure safety, efficiency and optimal operation for the project.
The mechanical and electrical system at the Four Seasons Hotel includes:
• Electrical system: Providing a stable and safe power source, meeting the operational needs of the entire hotel.
• Low voltage system: Deploying smart lighting systems, high-speed internet, television, audio and security surveillance systems.
• Water supply and drainage system: Ensuring clean water supply and effective wastewater treatment according to international standards.
• Air conditioning and ventilation system (HVAC): Using modern central air conditioning technology, helping to save energy and ensure comfort for customers.
• Fire protection system: Installing automatic fire alarm and fire extinguishing equipment, complying with strict regulations on fire safety.
