The semiconductor equipment manufacturing, and assembly factory project is invested by Micro Commercial Components Vietnam Co., Ltd., belonging to Yangjie Technology (China) - a manufacturer of high-quality semiconductor products, headquartered in Simi Valley California (USA). The project at Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park is MCC's first factory in Vietnam and the 7th factory in the world.

MCC Vietnam's semiconductor components factory is an important part of the high-tech industry development strategy of Bac Ninh province.
