The SL Urban Complex project is developed by SLUC Co., LTD and is located at Lot C1-CC1, West Lake Urban Center Project – Phase 1, Xuan Dinh Ward, Hanoi. With a strategic position in a well-planned area featuring synchronized infrastructure and modern urban space, the project is expected to become a new architectural and commercial landmark in the West Lake area.
According to the approved planning, SL Urban Complex has a total gross floor area of approximately 35,570 m², comprising 11 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels. The project is designed as a modern mixed-use complex, catering to diverse needs in commerce, services, and high-quality office spaces, with a strong focus on functionality, operational efficiency, and alignment with sustainable urban development trends.

In its role as the Main M&E Contractor, Sigma is responsible for the full implementation of the project’s mechanical and electrical systems, including power supply, air-conditioning and ventilation, plumbing and drainage, fire protection and firefighting systems, as well as other supporting technical systems.
