BRITISH UNIVERSITY VIETNAM (SECOND PHASE)

The Phase 2 expansion of British University Vietnam (BUV) marks a significant milestone in the growth and development of this international institution in Vietnam. Located in the Ecopark Urban Area, Xuan Quan Commune, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province, the project not only provides a modern learning environment but also symbolizes the educational collaboration between Vietnam and the United Kingdom.

BUV is the first and only international university in Vietnam to offer programs entirely in English, with internationally recognized degrees awarded by the University of London and Staffordshire University. Its Ecopark campus is designed to meet global standards, featuring state-of-the-art facilities, including lecture halls, libraries, research centers, sports areas, and student dormitories. Phase 2 of the project will expand the campus with additional functional buildings, laboratories, and creative spaces to accommodate the growing academic needs of students.

As the M&E contractor for Phase 2 of the project, Sigma Engineering JSC has been entrusted with supplying, installing, inspecting, testing, and maintaining the entire mechanical and electrical system within the university’s premises. The BP04 package includes crucial components such as electrical systems, water supply and drainage systems, air conditioning and ventilation, and fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with the highest technical and quality standards.

The project is scheduled to be implemented from December 15, 2023, to December 1, 2024.
