At the end of August, 2016 Sigma was honor to become the main Mechanical - Electrical contractor for Tower A and Tower B of Westbay Sky Residences – Ecopark project in Xuan Quan commune, Van Giang district, Hung Yen province.
Overall persepective of West Bay Sky Residences- Ecopark
Accordingly, Sigma carried out package of all materials, equipment, commissioning, handover and maintenance M&E system of tower A and tower B with floor area of 3,000 m2, which has the scale of tower A: 25 floors - serving more than 1,600 people, tower B: 29 floors - about 1,900 people. With modern apartment at West Bay, Ecopark’s investor continued to cooperate with the leading consulting design from Japan- Kume Sekkei, which marked its name with Rung Co apartments at Ecopark – project achieved the best high-rise apartments award at Southeast Asia Property Awards 2014. Sigma passed all other well-known contractors and was chosen to become the M&E contractor of the project, we trust that with our ability, Sigma could afford to work closely with the investor and design consultancy to comply with international rigorous standards, ensuring environmental factors, safety and health. This event marked the first signal of Sigma at green urban areas in Hanoi.
