THE BRIEF
Located in a prime location No.03, Le Trong Tan street and also the heart of sport, education, healthcare, entertainment area; The Artemis is the building designed following top standards
The Artemis is on 8.956m2 floor area, the building area is 4.717,3m2. In the south of downtown Hanoi with 4 frontages: 02 Le Trong Tan’s frontages, 01 Truong Chinh’s frontage and another in Ton That Tung street, only 500m from Nga Tu So, The Artemis belongs to the most developing and busiest area of Thanh Xuan district. With golden location, The Artemis is shaped to be 28-storey buildings divided into 03 separate functions zones: commercial centers, offices and luxury apartments with a total usable area 136 911 m2. The Artemis will be a model building with full-service of financial, commercial, service, culture, science and technology functions. It will be a new highlight point of city, contributing to the gentrification process, creating momentum for developing strongly in the south Hanoi. This land is recognized as a rare "economic oasis" by experts.

Overview of The Artemis

All systems of the complex are attached special importance right from the beginning of design. The overall design in general as well as the design of M&E system in particular are the balance between modernity, luxury and green environment for households and users, thereby creating natural lighting spaces, adequate ventilation system ...
Being considered as one of the most anticipated projects in 2016, with the total investment of VND 1,000 billion, the overall M&E works of The Artemis are implemented by Sigma Engineering, including but not limited to parts as: water supply, fire protection, substations, low voltage power supply, HVAC system, lighting system, fire alarm system, communication system, security camera system, lightning protection system, aircraft lighting system vv.. We planned to mobilize nearly 600 Sigma’s engineers, technicians and workers involving to meet the tight deadline of just 8 months for total 136.911m2 area.
Sigma has worked closely to investors and leading consultants such as Artelia project management (France); Apave monitoring unit (France), Delta construction company ... to actualize The Artemis’s beauty of design and quality according to ISO 9001-2008.
