Sigma Engineering JSC is M&E main contractor for The Artemis project

On 06 April 2016, surpassing all other major contractors participating in bid, with long experience and professionalism has been absolutely determined in M&E services, Sigma Engineering JSC was honored to win Artemis Trade Center, Offfice & Apartment project, which is located at the “golden” land, No.03 Le Trong Tan Street, Hanoi. This project is invested by ACC Thang Long JSC and managed by Artelia Vietnam.
Being considered as one of the most anticipated projects in 2016, with the total investment of VND 1,000 billion, the overall M&E works of The Artemis are implemented by Sigma Engineering, including but not limited to parts as: water supply, fire protection, substations, low voltage power supply, HVAC system, lighting system, fire alarm system, communication system, security camera system, lightning protection system, aircraft lighting system…
All systems of the complex are attached special importance right from the beginning of design. The overall design in general as well as the design of M&E system in particular are the balance between modernity, luxury and green environment for households and users, thereby creating natural lighting spaces, adequate ventilation system ...
All M&E works of the project are quickly implement and expected to be completed by the end of December 2016.
