Sigma organized the distribution of personal protective equipment program

To emphasize the importance of the human factor, there has been a saying from the past: "Sage and talent is the source of the nation's energy, when the principle of prosperity is strong, the country is strong; when the principle is weak, the country is weak". That saying is to affirm that the root of the growth in a country lies in the talented people in society, and we need to respect them. To this day, that saying still holds true and can be applied in many situations. In the development of an enterprise, in addition to the ambitious efforts of the head, the human resource team is the most valuable asset, playing an important role in leading to success. Understanding this, the Company's Board of Directors has decided to improve the quality of internal human resources, including the policy to improve the quality of personal protective equipment (PPE).

On July 17, 2022, the Occupational Health, and Safety Department of Sigma Engineering JSC implemented the Company's policy on adjusting all the clothes of the organic workers. They issued the period for workers as prescribed. Accordingly, Sigma organized the 1st period of the 2022 PPE equipment allocation festival for organic workers, specifically:
 

1. Protective clothing (02 sets/ 1 worker)
2. Simon safety shoes (01 pair/ 1 worker)
3. Sseda helmet (01 piece/ 1 worker)
4. Protection issue book (01 book/ 1 worker)

After receiving the new PPE from the Company, Mr. Le Van Toan - the leader of the Sunshine Dimond River project shared: “I am very impressed when I receive the attention from the Company. I think the quality of protection is much better than the previous ones and feel really satisfied. I would like to send my sincere regards to the Company, which has taken care of each worker even though the project is very far from Hanoi.”
