To update knowledge, enhance professional expertise, and ensure compliance with legal regulations, Sigma organized an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training program at its office on March 22, 2025. This program provided an opportunity for employees to improve their skills in workplace accident investigations and the implementation of labor policies.
During the program, experts provided detailed guidance on workplace accident investigations based on Decree No. 39/2016/ND-CP and Circular No. 13/2020/TT-BLDTBXH. The training covered procedures for handling incidents, reporting, and investigating workplace accidents to ensure full compliance with legal requirements. Additionally, the program focused on advising participants on labor policies and regulations, helping businesses fulfill their responsibilities towards employees in the event of workplace incidents.
The training session was organized by the Safety Department in collaboration with the National Occupational Safety and Health Center. Notably, Master Pham Hong Minh, Deputy Head of the Legal Inspection Department – Safety Bureau (now under the Department of Employment – Ministry of Home Affairs), directly guided the session and shared practical experience in handling workplace accidents. His insights provided participants with a deeper understanding of accident investigation and prevention in the workplace.
The training program was designed for various participants, including management levels such as DD, PM/SM, department heads, safety engineers, and HR personnel.
Through this program, Sigma aims to enhance the awareness and skills of its workforce in preventing and handling workplace accidents while ensuring employees' rights in unfortunate situations. Providing employees with essential knowledge helps the company maintain a safe, professional work environment that complies with legal regulations.
The OSH training program not only improves Sigma employees' professional expertise but also demonstrates the company's commitment to workplace safety and employee rights. This initiative marks a significant step in building a safe, effective, and sustainable working environment.
