From August 7 to August 8, 2023, Sigma organized an assessment program to maintain the management system according to ISO 9001:2051, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018. The solutions we are applying include:
1. Strengthening internal control according to international standards:
We propose to strengthen internal control in accordance with international standards, such as ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management), and ISO 45001:2018 (safety management and health). This includes the creation of rigorous internal control procedures, including the establishment of procedures for testing, auditing, and ensuring compliance with international standards. At the same time, we will train and raise awareness for our employees on the control process, thereby ensuring that our operations comply with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
2. Conduct an independent assessment of the QHSE system from the world's leading prestigious organization BSI:
We propose to carry out an independent assessment of the QHSE system from the world's leading prestigious organization BSI (British Standards Institution). By participating in this review process, we will receive an in-depth assessment of the effectiveness of the current management system. This review will help us identify the strengths and weaknesses of the management system and recommend the improvements needed to improve efficiency and comply with international standards.
3. Management system improvement:
We actively improve the management system by applying modern management methods and tools, setting clear objectives, and establishing monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure that these objectives are achieved. At the same time, we will create an environment that supports and encourages the participation and contribution of all employees in improving the management system.
The audit results show that Sigma meets all the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. This proves that Sigma has built a Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment management system to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for employees and improve the quality of products and services to meet the increasing requirements of customers.
