“One Team, One Dream” – Sigma Company Trip 2025: A Journey of Connection, Igniting Passion from the Heart of Ha Long

On the morning of August 8, excitement spread from the gathering points as the first buses rolled towards Ha Long. This year’s Company Trip carried a special mission: to spark teamwork, sharing, and love for the “Sigma home.” Every smile, glance, and handshake of the Sigma workers – those who tirelessly breathe life into each project – painted an emotional opening scene for the journey.

In the afternoon, the Team Building activities on the beach became the “fuel” to ignite the warrior spirit. Energetic games and challenges such as “Breaking Limits,” “Reaching for the Sea,” and “Conquering Heights” connected people from different sites into one unified force – strong, determined, and trusting each other. At that moment, distances in projects or geography disappeared; everyone shared the same heartbeat, the same goal, and the same dream – exactly as the trip’s message says: One Team, One Dream.

Day two (August 9) began with a gentle sunrise. The group continued their adventure at SunWorld Ha Long Park – the entertainment paradise of Southeast Asia with three highlights: the adventurous Dragon Park, the vibrant Typhoon Water Park, and the romantic Queen Cable Car. Each Sigma member enjoyed their own unique experience, yet all shared the same sound – joyful laughter and contagious excitement. These were moments that cannot be found on construction sites, not measured by working hours, but only felt with the heart – a heart beating in sync with the team.

On the evening of August 9, the Gala Dinner at Ha Long Center marked the emotional peak of the trip. More than a party, it was a space of honor, recognition, and inspiration – where the Sigma spirit shone brightly. The presence of the company’s Board of Directors, especially Mr. Yatsu Takabumi – Chairman of the Board, Mr. Nguyễn Quang Ngọc – General Director, Mr. Dương Sơn Tùng – Deputy General Director, along with senior leaders and strategic partners from Japan, showed their deep care for employees and sent a strong message of long-term companionship between leadership and staff.

The Gala Night was further lit up by vibrant performances: modern dance, famous guest singers, an impressive LED show, and energetic DJ remixes… created deeply emotional moments, sparking pride and a desire to contribute.

On the morning of August 10, the visit to the Quang Ninh Museum concluded with three meaningful days. The group not only admired the historical and cultural beauty of the mining land but also drew inspiration from the resilience and perseverance of the miners – a perfect metaphor for Sigma’s spirit in overcoming challenges.

As the buses departed from Ha Long, carrying laughter and heartfelt goodbyes, what remained in everyone’s heart was not just a trip, but a new chapter for Sigma – a chapter of unity, sharing, dedication, and reaching higher.
