The Arrival of Spring in Sigma

Spring arrives gently, breathing softly through the leaves, carried by the fresh and invigorating breeze of the season. As the vibrant peach blossoms bloom in full glory, bursting with life, Sigma joyfully steps into a new year with an exciting spring opening celebration.

At exactly 7:00 AM on February 3, 2024 (the sixth day of the Lunar New Year), "Lady Spring" knocked on the doors of Sigma's headquarters, bringing with her a warm, invigorating breath that filled every Sigma member with energy. The first day back at work was filled with joy and laughter. After days of reunion with family, everyone gathered once more under the shared roof of Sigma, exchanging their best wishes for the new year. The spring opening celebration was not only an opportunity to share the happiness of the new year but also an important moment for Sigma’s leadership to convey their best wishes and outline development directions for the journey ahead.

The event welcomed a large gathering of office staff, project managers, site managers, and engineers from across the country. Sigma members exchanged heartfelt wishes, filled with sincerity and warmth. These words carried the fragrance of spring, the purity of goodwill, and the unbreakable bond that connects every Sigma member. With each shared wish, love and camaraderie continued to spread, paving the way for the 365-mile journey ahead.

Mr. Yatsu Takabumi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, extended his New Year greetings to all employees, encouraging everyone to give their best efforts to drive the company’s continued growth in the coming year. Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc, the General Director, also shared in the joy of the new year, setting ambitious goals for the entire team to strive for. He took the time to motivate and uplift the spirits of employees, especially those working on distant projects, inspiring them to enter the new year with renewed determination and enthusiasm. Additionally, Mr. Kazuyuki Yunomura, the Chief Financial Officer, also conveyed his New Year wishes, hoping for a smooth start and many successes ahead.

The entire leadership team, along with office and project staff, raised their glasses in celebration, exchanging meaningful and heartfelt wishes as they embarked on a promising new year. They stood ready for the challenges that lay ahead, prepared to face every "battle" on the path to success.

Over the past year, despite facing many difficulties, challenges, and hardships, Sigma members remained steadfast, persevered through adversity, and ultimately reached their goals.

Therefore, within the heart of every Sigma member, a new flame of faith and hope is kindled—undaunted by hardships or fatigue, they continue to push forward through storms and turbulence, spreading their wings to conquer new heights.
