Although the official celebration began at 6:30 PM, by 5:00 PM, Sigma members had already filled the grand ballroom of the center, sharing stories, admiring achievements, and reliving the highlights of 2024 through vibrant images and dynamic video clips.

The Sigma leadership team and their families arrived early, capturing memorable moments together before the event commenced. This year’s celebration saw the presence of notable guests, including Mr. Takabumi YATSU – Chairman of the Company, Mr. Kazuyuki YUNOMURA – Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Kazuhiro KIMURA – Head of Yurtec’s Representative Office in Vietnam, Mr. Satoshi CHIDA – Director of External Affairs, Mr. Duong Son Tung – Vice General Director, and Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc – General Director, accompanied by his spouse and the extended Sigma family.

The event featured the performances of young, promising singers from competitions such as Sao Mai Diem Hen and The Voice, including Lam Ngoc, Linh Trang, and Plus Band – a Top 4 finalist from Vietnamese Band Season 2, led by Phuoc Le. In addition to heartfelt spring melodies, the lively and cheerful performance of “Koisuru Fortune Cookie” by Mr. Miura from the Land of the Rising Sun added a delightful energy to the evening.

This year’s Year End Party, themed "The Way to The Future", created an inspiring atmosphere where individuals and teams alike turned their focus toward new goals and aspirations for the journey ahead. It was not just a time for Sigma to reflect on the proud achievements of the past year but also a moment for everyone to align their visions for the future.

In the sparkling ambiance of the Year End Party, the message "The Way to The Future" resonated like a sweet melody, deeply touching the hearts of every Sigma member. It was more than a conclusion to a year of hard work; it was a declaration of hope, a vision for brighter days ahead. That path – the path to the future – embodies innovation, where every step is built on determination, intelligence, and dreams that continually grow with each milestone reached.

"The Way to The Future" also serves as a reminder of the power of unity. On this journey, even in the face of challenges or winding roads, when hearts beat as one, nothing is insurmountable. It is the belief that together, we can overcome all obstacles and confidently stride toward new horizons.

More than that, this theme encapsulates Sigma’s enduring mission – a journey not only of corporate success but also of responsibility to the community, a commitment to building lasting values for society. Every project and every accomplishment are a cornerstone for the future – a future not just for Sigma but for everyone who has been, is, and will be part of its story.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc, the General Director, delivered a meaningful speech:

“Looking back on a 20-year journey, Sigma Engineering resembles a thick book filled with emotions. It began in the spring of 2005 in a small café in Hanoi, where the founders sowed the seeds of a grand dream despite countless challenges and hardships. Those early days, with limited resources, saw everything start from scratch – from designing the logo, building the website, to handling the first blueprints and contracts. But those humble, determined steps laid the foundation for the company’s robust growth. In 2009, driven by the resolve for comprehensive restructuring, Sigma transformed and embarked on a more radiant path. From a modest revenue of 4.6 billion VND, the company reached an impressive 2,500 billion VND in 2020, solidifying its position as one of Vietnam’s leading MEP contractors. Notably, 2021 marked a significant milestone when Sigma became a member of Japan’s Yurtec Group, ushering in a new era of stability and sustainability.

Sigma’s success doesn’t stem from lofty ‘secrets’ but from earnestness, tireless effort, and the cohesive spirit of a dedicated, passionate team. With the motto “The Spirit of Possibilities,” Sigma has proven that nothing is impossible. It is a spirit of daring to dream and striving to overcome even the toughest challenges to achieve new heights.

Today, as the 20-year journey concludes, I extend heartfelt gratitude to all members who have journeyed and contributed with us. Despite ups and downs, Sigma has remained steadfast in its core values, ensuring the well-being of its workforce and fostering a strong collective. As we enter 2025, I trust and hope this will be a time for everyone to slow down, reflect on grander goals, and continue our journey toward the future together.”

Following the speech, distinguished guests and Sigma members raised their glasses in a warm and joyful toast.

Notably, Mr. Satoshi Chida, who once accompanied Sigma Engineering but had to step back due to personal challenges, returned and delivered a heartfelt message. He thanked the Sigma team for their efforts, shared his journey of battling nasopharyngeal cancer, and expressed pride in Sigma and Bến Tre’s collaboration to establish a canteen providing free meals for cancer patients. Finally, he reaffirmed Sigma’s importance as a great pride and called for solidarity and commitment to advancing the company in the coming year. As the year-end celebration ended, the old year quietly bid farewell, taking with it the burdens and worries, making way for a new year filled with joy and hope. Sigma will continue to write its story, ignite the flame of success, and eagerly welcome the most wonderful opportunities of the Year of the Snake.
