Sigma continues to implement the first aid training program for occupational accidents at the Masteri West Heights project

With the continuous being in the Top 5 Prestigious M&E Contractors in Vietnam, the factors of Quality, Safety, and Occupational Hygiene (OSH) have been our top priority for Sigma. This has been clearly demonstrated through many projects such as British University Vietnam, The Legend, The 6th Element, etc.
Complying with the provisions of Vietnamese law, on April 23, 2023, Sigma Engineering Joint Stock Company organized a first aid training course for the occupational accident and safety management team. located at the Masteri West Heights (MWH) Tay Mo project. Participating in the training session were the MWH Project Executive Committee and project engineers at Sigma Engineering Joint Stock Company and the Representative of Cu Dai Phu Safety Department - Delta General Contractor.
This is especially important to ensure that the staff at the MWH project and the company's safety engineers, in general, can master the professional knowledge of first aid for occupational accidents, and at the same time can meet legal requirements.

- Overview of the situation of occupational accidents in 2022
- Statistics of cases of occupational accidents
- Introduction of concepts
- Teaching and practicing first aid:
- Broken bones
- Pulmonary arrest, cardiac arrest
- The wound is bleeding and how to compress the wound.
- First aid for burns
- First aid for heatstroke victims
- Lower blood sugar
- Strange things in the eye,...
At the training session, the staff were provided with essential knowledge and skills to deal with accidents related to accidents on the construction site. This is a training session with serious preparation of people and equipment for accident first aid.
The training session is also an opportunity for the first aid and emergency response team at the project to update their knowledge of first aid for occupational accidents, thereby taking the initiative in handling when encountering accident situations.
