Yamaha Vietnam Company was established on 1st April 1999, according to Investment License No. 2029 / GP. The company was built in Trung Gia Commune, Soc Son District, Ha Noi. This is a joint venture of three companies: Yamaha Motor company of Japan (46%), Vietnam Forestry Corporation and Co Do Mechanical Factory (30%), Hong Leong Industries Berhad Malaysia (24%) with legal capital of USD24,250,000.
With an area of 100,000 m2, more than 1000 workers, the main product of company is producing all kinds of motorcycles to serve motorcycle market in the country and towards exports. Now the main products of Yamaha Motor VN are: Sirius, Jupiter, Nouvo, Mio, Force, Cynus, Bianco.: Sirius, Jupiter, Nouvo, Mio, Force, Cynus, Bianco.

In the past years, Yamaha Motor Vietnam has not stopped growing and expanding the factories in Noi Bai Industrial Zone, Bac Thang Long Industrial Park. The motto of Yamaha Motor Vietnam is "Market-orientation and customer-orientation". This motto has been conveyed to the stakeholders of Yamaha Motor Vietnam.

With the strength of the leading domestic mechanical and electrical contractor for the industrial projects, Sigma soon affirm its position through some projects at the Yamaha factory at Noi Bai and Soc Son. The fact was proven by the positive feedback from members of the strict management system from Japan. That is a testament to Sigma continues to expand the mechanical and electrical services activities in the Japanese factories and other industrial plants in Vietnam.
