Not only focusing on the electrical system, maintenance work at HDI Tower also includes checking and cleaning the air conditioning system, ensuring effective cooling capacity, providing a comfortable working space for the entire building. In addition, the lighting and water supply systems are also closely monitored by the maintenance team to avoid damage or interruption during use. Another important factor is the fire alarm and security system - essential items to ensure absolute safety. Sigma has periodically checked fire alarm devices, surveillance cameras and security systems, ensuring that all are working well and ready to respond to any situation.

From November 2, 2023, Sigma's team of Maintenance Technicians and Technical Workers have officially taken over the maintenance work at HDI Tower. With many years of experience in the field of electromechanical system maintenance, Sigma has implemented a methodical and scientific inspection and maintenance plan, helping the system operate optimally. The electrical system is periodically checked to ensure a stable and safe power source and no unexpected incidents. Electrical cabinets, transformer stations and switching equipment are all regularly assessed for operational quality to maintain the best condition.

Located at 55 Le Dai Hanh Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi, HDI Tower is one of the high-end office buildings with modern design and advanced infrastructure. Considered one of the high-standard projects in the city center, this building requires the electromechanical system to operate stably, durably and always be ready.
