Located at 63 Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, Central Building is one of the high-end office buildings with many large companies and organizations operating. To ensure a modern, safe and comfortable working environment, the building's technical systems, especially the public speaker system and surveillance cameras, need to be operated stably, without technical errors. Overview of Central Building project

From September 1, 2024, Sigma's team of Maintenance Technicians and Technical Workers have officially taken on the task of periodically checking and maintaining the public speaker system and surveillance cameras at Central Building. These are two systems that play an important role in the management, operation and security of the building.

The public address system is used to announce important information, instruct evacuation in emergency situations or play background music in public areas. To ensure that this system always works well, Sigma has implemented periodic inspections of each device, controlled sound quality, detected and promptly fixed technical errors such as loss of sound, unstable volume or interference.

In addition, the surveillance camera system plays an important role in maintaining the security of the building. Sigma's maintenance team checks the camera angle, resolution, night recording capability and data connection of each camera. The image storage system is also checked to ensure that all surveillance data is fully stored, ready to serve security management when needed.

This maintenance project is expected to last until August 31, 2026, during which time, Sigma will continuously carry out periodic inspections and provide timely troubleshooting support, ensuring that the public address system and surveillance cameras always operate stably.
