Located on Ton That Thuyet Street, Cau Giay, Hanoi, Sky Park Residence is one of the high-end apartment complexes with modern design, meeting the needs of comfortable living of residents. With a complex electromechanical system including electricity, air conditioning (HVAC) and water supply and drainage systems, the building requires a professional maintenance process to ensure stable and safe operation.

To meet that requirement, from January 10, 2024, Sigma officially became the electromechanical system maintenance unit at Sky Park Residence. Sigma's team of Maintenance Technicians and Technical Workers have implemented a periodic inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting plan to ensure that all equipment in the system always operates effectively, without affecting the lives of residents.

One of Sigma's important tasks is to maintain the overall electrical system, ensuring that power is evenly distributed to each apartment, common areas and public utilities in the building. Periodic inspection and maintenance helps minimize the risk of fire, overload or sudden power outage.

In addition, the air conditioning system (HVAC) is also an important item. Sigma conducts regular inspections of central air conditioning equipment, cleans condensers, evaporators and controls air quality, ensuring that the temperature is always at an ideal level, bringing maximum comfort to residents.

Sigma also pays special attention to the water supply and drainage system. The maintenance team regularly checks water pumps, pipes and handles leaks and blockages to ensure that clean water is always provided to residents, while the drainage system operates effectively, avoiding stagnation or overflow.

The maintenance project at Sky Park Residence is expected to last until January 10, 2025.
