Continuing the journey of affirming its reputation in the field of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) system maintenance, Sigma is honored to accompany RMIT University Hanoi Vietnam Co., Ltd in the comprehensive maintenance of the M&E system at RMIT Hanoi campus, located at building 521 Kim Ma Street, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
The maintenance contract is signed for a period of 3 years, starting from 01/06/2023 to 31/05/2026. This is an important milestone demonstrating the strong trust of RMIT - one of the most prestigious international universities in Vietnam - in Sigma's technical capacity, professional style and service quality. Within the framework of the contract, Sigma is responsible for the overall maintenance of the building's mechanical and electrical systems (M&E), including: medium and low voltage electrical systems, air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC), water supply and drainage, fire protection systems, lighting systems and related mechanical equipment.
Performed by a team of experienced, enthusiastic and well-trained engineers and technicians, Sigma's maintenance service does not stop at routine inspection and repair, but also aims to optimize system performance, extend equipment life, and ensure stability and safety throughout the operation of the project. Maintenance processes are implemented periodically, methodically, strictly complying with international technical standards, and integrating modern management tools, helping to improve operational efficiency and minimize the risk of operational interruption.
