Sigma Successfully Signs Contract for the Soc Trang 7 Nearshore Wind Farm Project (Phase II)

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc – General Director of Sigma Engineering JSC, Mr. Duong Son Tung – Deputy General Director, Mr. Ta Vu – Deputy Director cum Head of Budget & Contract Management Department, and Mr. Ha Dung – Deputy Director cum Head of Renewable Energy Department. Representing the Investor – ST2 Energy JSC, Mr. To Duy – Chairman of the Board of Directors, officially signed the contract, with the participation of other members of the Board of Directors, the Chief Financial Officer, the Project Director, and the Project Management Board.

The contract signing ceremony took place in a warm yet formal atmosphere, serving as a reunion of familiar partners between the Investor and EPC Contractor Sigma. It marked a new chapter in their strategic partnership, opening up further opportunities for long-term and sustainable cooperation in the future.

• Design, supply, and construction of wind turbine foundations;
• Design, supply, and installation of the 22kV medium-voltage cable system, including offshore cables from 19 turbines (6 routes) to the jetty connection point of Phase I, on-jetty cables, and overhead lines from the jetty to the substation;
• Transportation and installation of 19 wind turbine towers;
• Design, supply, and installation of the SCADA system for the plant;
• Design, supply, and installation of the camera surveillance system and other auxiliary facilities.
