On June 22, 2022, Sigma was honored to sign an M&E contract for the project of Hotel, Trade Center, Service and Office, Apartment (hotel type) for rent Sun Grand City at 58 Tay Ho Street, Quang An Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi City.

Sun Grand City is located in Quang An Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi. This is the old location of Tay Ho hotel, with perfect feng shui, fresh and cool air and a view of the vast West Lake, which is the outstanding highlight of the project.
