About the project:
As a complex building consisting of the commercial center, offices for rent and Grade A tourist apartments located at 1152-1154 Lang Street, Lang Thuong Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi, Lancaster Luminaire project owns a prime location, right at the arterial road connecting the western gateway of Hanoi with the capital center, central districts and administrative offices, cultural, commercial and sports spots, invested by Tan Phu Long Joint Stock Company.

With a total area of more than 6,046.4 m2, including a 31-storey tower, Lancaster Luminaire provides nearly 7,000 commercial floors, more than 26,000 m2 of offices and 252 apartments in a variety of areas.

Sigma is proud to be selected as the Main M&E Contractor of the project, with the main works to be implemented such as Supply and installation of M&E systems (HVAC, Water Supply and Drainage, Electricity, Light Electricity, Fire Protection) for the entire project, expected to be completed on May 2, 2022. As soon as it comes into use, Lancaster Luminaire promises to bring residents the most perfect choice as soon as it is completed.
