Appointed as the nominated Mechanical and Electrical contractor due to the trust of customers and the success of the first collaboration at Air Separation Plant with capacity of 10,000 Nm3/hr in Hai Duong province, Vietnam.
Ensured the tight deadline of just eight weeks.
Committed quality standards, safety of air separation plant under the international standards cuz Sigma is considered as a methodical investment and a synchronous contractor in Vietnam’s M&E field currently, one of the few engineering companies in Vietnam achieving the ISO Certificate 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007.

THE BRIEF

Messer, one of our long-standing clients, appointed us as nominated contractor to provide mechanical & electric services to its new project: Nitrogen Separation Factory in Yen Binh industrial zone, Pho Yen, Thai Nguyen city.
Sigma was in charge of deploying the Mechanical and Electrical part of this factory: The Mechanic: including connecting pipes for all devices in the project consisting gas, liquid pipelines, ... and device connectors of the plant. The Electric: including electrical cabinets system, power cables which served the plant and served connecting & suppling electric to all parts and equipment in the plant.

OUR APPROACH
To meet the short turnaround time as the order of Messer, Sigma prepared a meticulous plan to arrange all tasks in a logical way. We guaranteed the actual work closely with the original plan and avoided as much as downtime to complete the 100% tasks on time.
Inheriting the experience in Messer Hai Duong project (2015), Sigma’s skilled and experienced engineers continued promoting their capabilities in project Messer Thai Nguyen.
