Updated progress of Somerset Westpoint project

In August 2015, Sigma Engineering had an honor to become M&E main contractor for Westpoint project – a complex of hotels, reputation mansions of Hanoi with standards and strict requirements of a world-class brand. Since taking over the project, the project management has worked tirelessly day and night to complete the project to confirm Sigma brand in providing M&E services for the hotel complex, luxury apartments.
The project management is strengthening the monitoring and urging the engineers, workers at Westpoint trying to emulate accelerate the construction schedule, ensure timely and quality commitment. In the middle of June 2016, the construction of 5th-15th floors was completed and the construction of 6th-16th floors is on-going. Parallel to that, the progress of M&E construction or these floors has completed 80% on items of work such as:
- Construction of gravure conditioned on corridor of apartments at 5th-22nd floors
- Installation of the wind pipe, air-conditioned for the model apartment at 14th floor
- Installation of the wind pipe axis at 15th-22nd floors
- Processing flat floor duct at 17th-25th floors
- Installation of stairs duct booster at 5th-11th floors
- Construction of rainwater drainage pipes for balcony at 21st-25th floors
- Construction of drainage pipes for the model apartment at 14th floor
- Construction of drainage pipes for the model apartment at 14th-22nd floors
- Construction of water supply pipe for the model apartment at 14th floor
- Construction of water supply pipe corridor for the model apartment at 14th floor
- Installation of stormwater drainage pipes outside the house
Despite the hardship on construction in hot weather conditions harsh, with a spirit of enthusiasm, accelerating the work, working overtime to complete the construction on schedule to meet the expectation of customers to experience a life of comfort and luxury in early 2017.
