Sigma is M&E Main Contractor of Four Points by Sheraton Da Nang

With extensive experience in the field of construction of M&E systems for high-end apartment & luxury hotel projects, Sigma has confirmed its outstanding capabilities in comparison with other M&E domestic and foreign bidders. On 20/05/2016, Sigma is honored to become the M&E main contractor for Four Points by Sheraton Da Nang.

The project is located in one of the six most beautiful beaches on the planet, on the sea front Vo Nguyen Giap, Danang, next to park the South Sea park– a center of luxury resorts, most, an area of a series of annual world-class sea tourism activities. From this unlikely location can expand visibility to the perfect beauty of the river, mountains, sea of the most liveable city in Vietnam.

The project has 390 luxury rooms with fully equipped according to international 5-star standards, business center, conference room measuring 780m2, beauty center, swimming pool, ... The supply and installation of M&E services of Sigma including but not limited to the following works: plumbing systems, low-voltage power supply system in the building, HVAC system, lighting system,... with the anticipated completion in early 01/2017.
