Updated progress at Doji Commercial and Service Building in the 24th week

Doji Commercial and Service Building is known as the Ruby put on the sparkling diamond ring, shining in the center of the Capital. The four sides of the building are designed harmoniously to the main streets: The North borders on the residential area, the West borders on Le Duan Street, the South borders on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street and the East borders on building No.5 Dien Bien Phu. It is because of these superior advantages that the investor -  the Doji Gold and Gems Group JSC has created plans to fully exploit the business location of the land, making it the largest gold and silver jewelry center in the country and worthy of the region.

Last week, from 05/06 to 15/06/2018, with the staff of nearly 50 workers and 15 engineers, the main works were being implemented by Sigma such as:

  • Conduit installation at stairs from level 1 to level 10
• HVAC work:
  • FCU installation level
  • Bath exhaust fan installation
  • Valve installation from level 3 to level 5
  • Condensate pipe installation, embedded condensate pipe installation from level 10 to level 15
• Plumb & FF work:
  • Water drainage pipes installation level 16
  • Sanitary equipment installation from level 10 to level 15
  • Firefighting valve DN100 installation from level 1 to level 5
  • Fire extinguishers installation basement 1
