Updated progress at the Grade-A Office and Building – No.17 Tong Dan

Sigma – The Main M&E Contractor of many Grade A- projects such as MB Grand Tower, FLC Twin Towers, Doji Commercial Center and Services Building and the most recently is the Grade-A Office and Building, located in the “diamond” land at No. 17 Tong Dan, Hanoi.

Built on a total area of 3,557 m2 with two facades at No.17 Tong Dan and No.210 Tran Quang Khai, the project is in the central and busiest area of the capital, with many commercial centers and high-end apartments. Along with that, the 22 floors and four basements of the project executed by Sigma have shown a clear distinction as the difference in the heart of the city.

Officially deployed from the beginning of March 2018, with the contract duration only within five months, Sigma with the strong human resources, solid financial and professional experience has been confident in implementing the project and receiving many compliments from the owner. Last week, Sigma maintained the staff of 170 workers and 15 engineers who were always trying their best to bring the project on schedule and ensure the aesthetics, safety and quality.

The main works have been implemented in the project last week as:

  • ​  Wiring conduit pipes at basement B2
  • Installing cable ladders, conduit from level 3 to 10
  • Executing cable tray and cable ladders from level 12 to 19
  • Executing electrical systems, PA and ELV systems from level 11 to 15
  • Brick wall cutting and conduit installation from level 3 to 11
• Water supply and drainage systems
  •  Executing drainage systems at bathroom from level 8 to level 10
  • Completing lavatory
• Firefighting system
  • Installing fire extinguishers on level 11^th
  • Completing fire pump on level 13^th
  • Executing fire systems on basement B1 and level 15
•  HVAC system
  • ​Installing HVAC system from level 12 to 16
  • Executing duct from level 16 to 17
  • Installing Chiller pipes from level 10 to 17
  • Installing FCU system
