Updated the progress of The Legend in the 18th week

Drawing on the experience of many other projects, with dedication to the myths to write glorious pages, The Legend luxury apartment project is selected by investors to select the most elite products, to create modern living standards in each apartment.

Received the trust of the project investor – Dai Viet Intellect JSC, the engineers and workers of Sigma Engineering JSC are still working day and night to complete the project on schedule. For Sigma projects in general and The Legend project, each construction material is always selected delicate and thorough, confirming the quality of security and safety in the works. Harmonizing those values has created The Legend project - where the environment is worth living and worthy from the customer. With 460 apartments executed by the talented hands of Sigma workers, wind and natural light will always be guaranteed to each apartment, bringing fresh breath to the whole building.

Last week, with a total of 10 engineers and about 40 workers, Sigma’s manpower at the project have been consistently maintained. From 02/05 to 09/05/2018, Sigma is implementing the main works such as:

Performed quantity of EL system as follows:
- Pipes on wall Zone A 227 rooms (99.84%), zone B 222 rooms (99.1%)
- Pipe on the ceiling Zone A: 227 (99.84%), zone B 222 room (99.1%)
- Wiring work Zone A 227 rooms (99.84%).
- Wiring work Zone B 222 rooms/ departments
- Conduit and box for fire alarm and speaker on the ceiling of commercial block from level 1 to technical level (90%)
- Marking work for equipment on plaster ceiling from level 6 to level 25 Zone B (98%), Zone A (90%).
- Electrical cable pulling for fire alarm and speaker from level 1 to technical level (80%)
Performed quantity of HVAC system as follows:
- Brick wall cutting: 451 rooms (100%)
- Installation of fresh air duct and hood in rooms: 451 rooms (100%)
- Installation of copper pipes: 451 rooms (100%),
- Installation of condensate pipe on the ceiling 451 rooms (100%); Installation of embedded condensate pipes: 451 rooms (100%)
- Installation of conduit and wiring harness for audio system, commercial fire alarm on 1st floor ~ technical floor.
- Grab equipment on plaster ceiling from 6th to 25th floor Zone A, Zone B
- Pull up the commercial audio fire alarm system from the 1st floor to the technical floor
- Installation of silencer, flexible for HVAC system: 450 rooms (100%)
- Installation of HVAC system Basements 1,2: ductwork (95%)
- Installation of air grille and damper Basements 1,2 (95%)
- Installation of exhausting fan in toilets for 446 rooms (98.89%)
- Installation of fresh air supply fan: 446 rooms 98.89%
- Installation of ceiling suspended unit: 450 rooms 100%
- Ductwork on the roof (zone B: 100%, zone A: 100%
- Tees and hangers for heating unit: 299 room
Performed quantity of Plumbing system
- Water drainage basement 1: 95%, basement 2: 95%. Connection of basement water drainage to treatment station: 80%
- Water supply for basement 1: 85%
- Pump room for basement 1 water supply: 85%
- Performed quantity of firefighting system
- Installation of sprinkler for department of tower B: 74%
- Main firefighting pipe level 1: 97% ; firefighting branch pipe 97%
- Pump room for basement: 95%
