Located in the center of Cau Giay district’s developing urban, Trung Kinh Complex (or Home City) is a complex zone including four mixed residential-commercial buildings 25-30 storeys with total floor area 15211m2. There are several types of apartment from 61.4-114m2, it’s expected that, this project could supply for the demand of 3.400 residents after being finished.

Trung Kinh Complex – Outstanding utilities

The details of finishing tasks as follow:

Infrastructure package for X1A ~ X30; Y19 ~ Y20 axis area (internal road surface Nguyen Viet Xuan School) has completed over 95%; steel-pipe drainages for tree tubs, protection sleeves for water supply pipeline, protection sleeves for lighting wires will be completed before one week finishing the road to ensure preserved conditions. X1A ~ X30; Y1A ~ Y2 axis area (internal road surface Petroleum Institute) has completed 75%, our workers are now carrying out the excavation, compaction, making the installation of uPVC system vv. We have finished approximately 70% in such sections: installation of concrete pipelines, installation of uPVC pipelines in X27~X30;Y1A~Y20 axis area (internal road surface Trung Kinh street). Inside house work (installation of uPVC pipelines) has been finished about 90%.

M&E package was proceeded from 25/08/2016 and was scheduled for completion on 12^th, October 2016. Up to now, we have finished 80-100% sections such as: water supply pipes, Conduit HL pipes, chimney flues, fire protection pipes, vertical ladders, busway, lightning protection Roof etc .. in A1, A2, B1, B2 towers, basement and roof deck.
Other tender packages such as Busway package, Station Transformer package, Fire Protection Package are carried out synchronously to ensure the progress of the project.
