Updated progress at the Grade A Office and Building at No.17 Tong Dan Street

With a total length of about 330 meters, connecting from Tran Nguyen Han street to Trang Tien street, crossing Le Lai and Le Phung Hieu street is the position of well-known street - Tong Dan, Ly Thai To ward, Trang Tien, Hoan Kiem District. This place is more and more famous for a Grade A office and project – No.17 Tong Dan.
As a symbol of prominence at No. 17 Tong Dan, the project is gradually appeared with 22 floors and four basements, in harmony with the surrounding landscape to add beauty to an ancient Ha Noi.
With the construction progress in just 5 months, Sigma made every effort to accelerate all M&E works, ready to put the project on schedule. Last week, the Sigma management board at the site mobilized more than 100 direct workers to execute. The following works were being implemented such as:

- Electrical works:
- Execute and complete the medium-voltage connection and electrical works for the project
- Acceptance of the medium voltage system
- Installation of equipment at basement area and office from B1 toB4
- Installation of equipment at the office from L3 – L17
- Installation of firefighting equipment and testing fire alarm system
- Completion of wiring works level 1 and 2
- Mechanical works:
- Completion of sanitary equipment level 18
- Testing water supply system for the roof tank
- Testing the roof water tank system
- Fire protection works:
- Completion of sprinklers level 3-17
- Completion of pump room
- Testing the fire pump at basement
- Testing the sprinklers at basement
- Installation of fire pipe system level 1 and 2
- Installation of firefighting system outside the building
- HVAC works
- Testing the cool water pump system
- Testing Chiller system
