Updated the M&E progress of Movenpick project (Infrastructure package) in the 36th week

Phu Quoc has long been known for its mild climate with 300 sunny days per year right in the Gulf of Thailand so there is almost no storm. This creates favorable conditions for tourism development throughout the year. This is a rare occurrence, as tourism in the North or Central - the two most commonly visited tourist places in Vietnam are frequently occurred the storms in July and August, which have a great impact on the domestic and international tourism. Movenpick Resort, is in a beautiful location at Ong Lang Beach, Cua Duong Commune, Phu Quoc District, Kien Giang Province - which inherits all-natural privileges in Phu Quoc Island. Not only that, Ong Lang Beach also offers visitors a wonderful experience with long and white sand, soft waves like a cuddle and pleasant climate that is never found anywhere.

The investor – Cua Duong Star JSC has undergone rigorous selection to ensure quality and progress for the project is always timely. With a strong financial and a great competence, Sigma has proven its superiority as an M&E Contractor at Movenpick Resort. The installation of M&E services of the project is divided into two categories: Resort area and Infrastructure area. Sigma always ensures safety, quality, aesthetics to bring the project to the schedule.

Last week, from 3^rd September to 08^th September, the Infrastructure package of Movenpick project has maintained its human resources at over 10 experienced engineers and more than 30 skilled workers to ensured that the main works were always committed to the owner. The following works were being implemented at the project last week:

• Electrical works
  • Installation of lighting control systems for the N2 line
  • Installation of sleeve pipes at the technical house – Zone A
  • Installation of sleeve pipes at T5-T6 area
  • Installation of PVC 32 (earthing leads) at T1 area
• Mechanical works
  • Manhole fabrication at the Hotel area
  • Drainage pipe fabrication at the Hotel area
  • Pouring the concrete at the Hotel area
  • Manhole fabrication at the Villa area
