Updated M&E progress of Yen Tu Festival and Tourism Services Center in the 35th week

It is because of these ethics that the Vietnamese people always seek a place of peace, harmony of the soul to offer incense on the special occasions. Yen Tu Festival and Tourism Services Center is an ideal place for pilgrims in such the big days.

The project has been paid special attention by the investor - Tung Lam Development JSC since June 2016 with the total investment of nearly 1,000 billion VND and the total area of ​​15, 81 ha at the old Giai Oan bus station. Through a superior capacity compared to other contractors, M&E works of the project was implemented by Sigma Engineering to ensure the quality and progress.

The main areas to be constructed by Sigma include the Reception area, exhibition area, Festival Center area, Conference area, Showroom area, Administration area, Service area for pilgrims... From 27/09 to 01/09/2018, the main works were being implemented at the project:

-          Installation of M&E system for Out-of-home area

o   Conduit installation

o   Wiring work

o   MSB installation

o   Equipment installation

-          Installation of C3G area

o   Installation of rain water drainage pipes

o   Brick wall cutting and water supply and drainage system in level 2

o   Coring work and condensate pipe installation

o   Brick wall cutting and water supply installation level 1

o   Water drainage pipe installation in technical riser

-          Installation of C3D area

o   Water supply and drainage pipe installation

o   HVAC installation

-          Truc Lam Palace construction

o   Water drainage installation for Truc Lam Palace and B4

o   Adding water drainage system for Truc Lam Palace
