The M&E progress of Movenpick Resort in the 29th week

Known for its "golden location" on the Pearl Island, the Movenpick Resort comprises of nine floors, 329 hotel suites with balconies overlooking the ocean, making it different from other projects. The modern Swiss architecture (modern tropical) mixed with traditional features, using the wood materials, carpets ... Movenpick Phu Quoc resort not only brings the luxury but also creates a sense of friendliness, close to homeowners as well as domestic and foreign visitors.

Movenpick Resort Phu Quoc is the first project in Vietnam operated by Movenpick Hotels & Resort of Switzerland - the leading hotel management in the world. With experience in implementing 5-6 star resort projects operated by the world's leading real estate corporations such as Intercontinental Hotels Group (UK), Melia Hotels International (Spain), Shilla Stay (South Korea). Shortly after the landing on 16 March, Sigma engineers quickly built the site office and dormitories for hundreds of incoming workers. Last week, Sigma mobilized more than 100 workers to meet the M&E progress in the project. Sigma always commemorates and commits every project handed over to the owner as well as the Management Board to aim to: exploit and operate efficiently, quality as well as sophistication in every detail according to an international standard. Therefore, in each project, Sigma always focus on the progress, quality and aesthetics, so Movenpick Phu Quoc resort becomes the destination "close enough to explore - far enough for privacy" for the domestic and foreign tourists when coming to Phu Quoc Island.

The following works were being implemented by Sigma at the project such as:

-          Electrical, light electrical system

o   Brick wall cutting, conduit installation for 213 hotel's rooms

o   Wiring work for 127 hotel's rooms

o   Cable tray installation, conduit installation at corridor from level 2 to level 7 zone A, from level 2 to level 4 zone B

-          Water supply and drainage system

o   Completion and acceptance of 204 hotel's rooms

o   Completion an acceptance of the ground floor

-          Firefighting system

o   Completion of 126 hotel's rooms

o   Execution of the corridor zone A, level 2 – 6, zone B, level 2-4

-          HVAC system

o   Completion of the riser, booster pump from the ground floor to level 8 zone A, B

o   Duct installation level 2 - 5
