Updated progress of Yen Tu Festival and Tourism Services Center in the 27th week

Quang Ninh is the province with the most abundant tourism potential in Vietnam. The full exploitation of potentials and strengths creates a variety of gorgeous and attractive tourist modes, focusing on cultural tourism – landscape – ecology and gradually modernizing tourism infrastructure, improving the quality of services, the basic premise for the rapid development of Quang Ninh Tourism.

A population of pagodas, amphitheater, towers, statues, ancient forests and natural scenery scattered from the Red slope to the mountain tops, Yen Tu Festival and Tourism Center near Road 18A, Thuong Yen Cong Commune, Uong Bi City, Quang Ninh Province – the project of Sigma is executed day and night to complete on time.

Yen Tu is the cradle of the Truc Lam Zen school from the end of the 13th century, not only preserving and promoting the unique culture of the Tran Dynasty, but also a highlight of Vietnamese Buddhist Culture. The population consists of the main areas such as: Truc Lam Palace, Festival Center, meditation garden, pilgrimage village, Tran Nhan Tong Buddha Museum and some auxiliary areas are gradually being perfected.

Officially kicked off in May 2016, built on a total area of 16 hectares by Tung Lam Development JSC as the investor, with solid experience and expertise, Sigma is proud to take on the role of the Main M&E Contractor. Last week, the human resource of the project was maintained at nearly 80 workers and 10 engineers to ensure the M&E works always keep up with schedule. Main works were being finalized last week:

Execution at the hotel block
- Installation of conduit and wiring work for light electrical system for apartment at level 1, 2 and level 1, 2
- Installation of conduit for apartment at level 1, 2 and corridor of level 1, 2
- Wiring work for apartment at level 1, 2 and corridor of level 1, 2
- Installation of the electrical switchboard
- Installation of equipment

Execution at the P1 area
- Installation of conduit and wiring work for fire alarm system, light electrical
- Installation of conduit and box for landscape lights
- Execution at the P5 technical area
- Installation of conduit for electrical system and wiring work for light electrical system
- Installation of electrical, light electrical system
- Installation of cable tray and electrical switchboard
Execution at the Privilege area
- Installation of conduit
- Wiring work for electrical, light electrical system
- MSB installation
Mechanical work at the basement
- Chiller installation
- Insulation of Chiller
- Condenser tube installation
