Updated progress at FLC Twin Towers

Gradually built to become the highlight of the city with its 50-storey apartment tower and 38-storey office tower and four basement car-parking, FLC Twin Towers not only owns convenient transportation system, intersect with the arterial roads of the capital, crowded commercial centers such as Lotte, Keangnam, etc., but also designed with a variety of facilities and services such as advanced swimming pools, unique aerial gardens, international kindergartens, modern shopping malls…
Recognized as the project site, along with the civil works of constructing apartment floors and basements, Sigma engineers and workers are also urgently installing the M&E system for the building. Sigma has used many modern equipment such as lighting system, fire protection system based on European standards… Besides, the entire basement of the project will be installed the forced-air system, which helps regulate the air in a scientific way, creating a feeling of airy.
It is expected that by the end of the second quarter of 2018, Sigma will complete the project and handover to the residents. Last week, from 10/09 to 15/09/2017, the main M&E works were being deployed such as:

- Apartment area:
- Completed construction of raw materials (conduit and drainage pipes) from 7th to 24th floor, 25th to 26th floor.
- Wiring, inspection of pulling wire from the floor 8 ~ 12.
- Wiring from the 7th, 13th to 16th floor
- Basement area:
- Completion of water drainage for basement 1,2,3
- Supplying water on basement 2
- Office and commercial area:
- Construct Chiller pipe and air duct from 7th ~ 17th
