Sonasea Villas & Resort Phu Quoc project at the completion phase

Located on Pearl Island – Phu Quoc, not far away from DusitPrincess Moonrise Beach, is the location of Sonasea Villas & Resort Phu Quoc, with all outstanding facilities, including resorts, villas, shop house, modern and complex entertainment.
Spreading nearly 1 kilometer of Bai Truong beach center, with a total area of 80 hectares, Sonasea Villas & Resort Phu Quoc is planned to become a world-class tourist resort. In front of Duong Dong Beach, behind the majestic Duong To mountain, Cua Lap – An Thoi road embraces the project to create a “water-front painting”, bringing the opportunities for those who own the real estate here.
With the purpose of creating the products' convergence full of criteria: prime location, professional design, perfect details, high-class service, high reputation and skilled implementation team, investor of the project – CEO Group has wisely chosen Sigma is one of the experienced contractor involved in the installation of M&E services.
Currently, the main M&E works of the project are nearing completion. Sigma is rushing to complete the documents, the remaining works ready to hand over to investor in the coming time. Last week, from 31st July to 05th August 2017, the last works were being deployed such as:

- Completion of final settlement for 96 villas, 5key area and utility buildings, shop house area.
