The appearance of Swire Cold Storage Vietnam in the 27th week

The handover date will come in less than half of a month. The working atmosphere in the Swire Cold Storage Vietnam has become hotter than ever. All of Sigma engineers and workers here are working hard to accelerate the process, ready to handover to the investor in the near future.
Swire Cold Storage Bac Ninh is the second cold storage of the Swire Group in Vietnam with a capacity of 20,000 pallets and being expected to be built in 3 stages. Stage 1 consists of 6 rooms, 8,500 pallets. Swire Cold Storage Bac Ninh will be the most modern cold store in the north of Vietnam.
The Bac Ninh Swire Cold Storage had its ground breaking on 12th August 2016 at VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park, now, the M&E works of the project is coming to its final stage. The cold store is on track to go to the operation on the 1st August, 2017.
Sigma Engineering JSC became the Main M&E Contractor of the project on 12th December 2016. Since the implementation, Sigma has constantly received compliments from the investor for consistently adhering to the strict safety rules and regulations to put the project on schedule. From 10 July to 14 July 2017, the project was implementing the following works:

- Electrical box connection in annex area
- Cable tray finalization in battery charge room
- Wiring work on technical floor
- Remedying defects of firefighting pipe
- External lighting installation
- Water drainage system installation on technical floor
- Emergency lighting system installation on technical floor
- Cable tray finalization in battery charge
- Internet cable pulling on technical floor
- External manhole construction
- Wiring work at battery charge room
- Camera installation in annex area
- Ducting work in utility building
