Construction progress at West Bay Sky Residences, Ecopark project

"Each product is a brainchild", maybe because of this notion, Ecopark investor has invested carefully and meticulously for the West Bay Sky Residences “child”. From the special design with V-shaped to the utility services sync with the urban area, the project has raised to the new level when it received the prestigious award from the international and global real estate organization.
Projects follow projects, success follows success- this is all that can be described when mentioning Sigma’s projects. Perhaps it is also the reason that Ecopark investor affectionately chose Sigma as the main M&E contractor for Tower A and B, West Bay Sky Residences project. Since taking over the project at the end of August 2016, the steering committee still strives to complete assigned work, confirming Sigma quality in providing M&E services for commercial centers and luxurious apartments.

- Installing PVC Conduit in floor, through floor at 11~25 floor
- Installing PVC Conduit in floor, through floor at the garret
- Peeling the sleeve pipes in floor at 11th, 12th floor
- Unclogging and dragging the Conduit at 11th floor
At Tower B:
- Installing PVC conduit in floor, through floor at 11~28 floor
- Peeling the sleeve pipes in floor at 11th, 12 floor
- Unclogging and dragging the Conduit at 11th floor
Besides, the project will quickly implement other categories such as:
- Cutting, repairing, opening connected position on the ceiling
- Unclogging and dragging the conduit on each floor
- Construction of the D1 palm forest diplomatic package
- Construction of golf course diplomatic package
- Construction of the PVC Conduit in floor, in wall T28, 29 at the garret Tower A, Tower B
