On April 22, 2022, Sigma – the Main M&E Contractor of many famous projects was honored to receive the title of Top 5 Prestigious M&E Contractors 2022 at the National Convention Center - Hanoi. The program was jointly implemented by Vietnam Report JSC and Vietnamnet newspaper - Ministry of Information and Communication.
After many consecutive years of publication, the Top 10 prestigious companies in the Real Estate - Construction - Building Materials industry is the result based on independent research and evaluation by Vietnam Report. The enterprises honored in the list are all effective, experienced, well-positioned representatives in the industry, have actively contributed to the overall development of the industry and are the brand trusted by many people in the market.
Under the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the past two years, the real estate industry has been negatively impacted, the growth of real estate business activities has been negative, the number of real estate businesses shutting down for a definite time in 2021 is up to 26%. However, the difficulties and negatives created by the epidemic also show the good adaptability, creativity, and persistence of many businesses when maintaining their pivotal role in the market, creating outstanding highlights and attractiveness for investors. Many real estate businesses have achieved two to three-digit percentage growth in revenue.
Besides, despite losing growth momentum before the pandemic, Vietnam's construction market is still a bright spot in the Asia-Pacific region. Positive signals came from the first months of the year when the backlogs (value of unrealized contracts) of the leading enterprises in the civil construction industry continued to peak. FDI inflows continue to pour strongly into Vietnam, which is a bright spot for the industrial construction segment. On the other hand, a series of government support measures recently implemented have been creating new impulses for businesses in the industry to recover and accelerate.

The ceremony took place successfully with the participation of leaders of the Ministry of Information and Communications, leaders of Departments of Finance and People's Committees of provinces/cities, domestic and foreign economic experts, prestigious press agency – media, and more than 300 typical representatives from large enterprises in Vietnam... Vietnam Report evaluates the ranking of Enterprises based on the criteria of revenue, profit, total assets, growth rate, labor size, and media reputation were also used as additional factors for evaluation.
