Designed and built by Tan Hoang Minh Group on the "diamond" land west of Hanoi City, D’. El Dorado project can be considered as one of the rare projects left in the West Lake area, bringing together the precious elements such as a prosperous location with a shape of a dragon; close to the lake to enjoy fresh air and the “new classical” design. D.’ El Dorado receives special attention from anyone who wishes to have a romantic but bustling life on the West Lake.
Officially started from the end of 2017, D '. El Dorado is a project consisting of 27 floors and 4 basements with European architecture. Along with that, the style of smart apartment design, according to modern orientation, has received the love of customers right from the launch. Thanks to the determination of the Investor - Tan Hoang Minh Group and the urgency, seriousness and safety of the Main M&E Contractor – Sigma Engineering, after a year of construction, the project has always constructed beyond the set schedule and gained an absolute trust from the customers.

- Construction and installation of pipes at Basement 2, 3, 4
- Fire alarm installation from level 4 to 20
- Cable tray ladder installation on level B4, 25
- Electrical cable pulling for fire alarm from level 4 to 20
- Mechanical works:
- Water supply pipe installation from level 4 to 24
- Water drainage pipe installation basement 3
- Water drainage system installation of apartment area from level 6 to 25
- Installation of HVAC duct at basement 2,3,4
- Installation of HVAC duct at the corridor area from level 4 to 26
- Fire fighting installation at basement 2, 3, 4
- Installation of sprinkler for basement 2, 3, 4
