Updated M&E works of MB Grand Tower in the 24th week

MB Grand Tower, a Grade A building and head office of MB Bank has officially started the construction in April 2015 and expected to come into operation in October 2017. MB Grand Tower is expected to bring a new breath of the modern, professional, convenient and unique office building, becoming the interference between exquisite Japanese architecture and exclusive cultural identity of Vietnam.
Recognizing the importance of the project, the investor, MB Land wisely choose the most credible consultant, the main contractor and supervisor such as Nihon Sekkei (Japan), Sigma and Coninco (Vietnam) to carry out the project. This is the factor that makes MB Grand be the work of international stature.

- Installation of boosting at stairs, exhaust fan in the corridor, exhaust fan in the toilet, kitchen and internal testing
- Installation of fire axle, pressure test
- Installation of drainage pipe, internal testing
- Installation of pipes, ladder cable tray from basement 3 ~ tunnel
- Installation of pipes, ladder cable tray from 1st to 25th floor
- Installation of electrical trunking system
