Working atmosphere at Four points by Sheraton Danang in the 22nd week

Over the past few days, the temperature suddenly rose in the Northern provinces, the sun seems to burn the ground that made people feel very stuffy and uncomfortable. In Da Nang, which is known as “the most venerable city in Vietnam”, also doesn’t avoid the “rage” of the weather when the temperature was up to 38 degrees.
Not only owns the prime location next to My Khe Beach – one of the six most charming beaches on the planet, the facade of Four Points by Sheraton project is Vo Nguyen Giap and Pham Van Dong beach, next to East Sea Park with large and beautiful space – the venue of important events of the city. Four Points by Sheraton Danang Complex is managed by the world’s leading hotel corporation Starwoods, and the whole M&E works of the project is constructed and installed by Sigma – a leading M&E company in Vietnam.
Started to implement in May 2016, Sigma is trying hard to complete M&E works to keep up with the schedule committed to the client. Last week, from 29th May to 05th June 2017, despite the sun, the heat was clinging, the spirit of Sigma workers at the site was still very passionate. The typical works were deployed last week:

- Installation of electrical and plumbing system on the 6th -31st floor
- Construction of electrical system on 32a, 32b floor
- Installation, commissioning of booster pump, chiller, electrical switchboard
- Installation of electrical system at basement 1, 2
- Installation of plumbing system at basement 1, 1st floor, 32a floor
- Installation of HVAC system on the 1st, 5th, 32a, 33rd floor
- Installation of chiller system at hotel apartment area, ventilation, booster
