After nearly two years since the start of construction, the real estate consortium in the Southeast of the capital is entering the completion phase. Being deployed with the construction of the civil works, Sigma has confirmed the quality in providing M&E services and ready to hand over the works in the late of June. Currently, many M&E categories have been completed more than 90%. Last week, from 17 to 22/04/2017, many categories were gradually coming into perfection, such as:

Installing Electrical system:
- Installation of fire alarm, CCTV, PA at tunnel 1, 2
- Installation of fire alarm system at Tower N01, HH01
- Installation of electrical switchboard at Tower N01, N02, N03, HH01
- Wiring PA, FA, CCTV cables at tower N01, N02, N03, HH01
- Wiring electrical switchboard at Tower N01, N02, N03, HH01
- Installation of lighting equipment at Tower N02, N03, HH01
- Installation of switch, socket at N03
Installing Plumbing system:
- Alignment of drainage pipes at Tunnel 1, Tower N01, HH01
- Installation of sanitary accessories at Tower N01
Installing Firefighting system:
- Installation of fire sprinkler at Tower N01, HH01
Installing HVAC system:
- Installation of windpipes at apartment area at Tower N01, HH01
- Installation of extract fan at apartment area at Tower N01, HH01
- Installation of ventilators at Tower N01, HH01
