Updated progress at Swire Cold Storage Vietnam

As the second largest cold storage operator in the world with the total capacity exceeding 8.2 million cubic meters of cold storage space, Swire Group has gradually affirmed its ambition to expand its market share with the establishment of numerous cold storages in many countries: USA, Australia, China, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
The new cold storage of Swire Group is being built at Bac Ninh Industrial Park, is one of the largest and the most advanced cold storage facility in Vietnam, with an estimated capacity of 20,000 pallets.
With the criterion of sustainable development and achieving the highest standards of quality, safety and environmental responsibility, Swire Cold Storage Vietnam has set the strict standards in selecting contractors for the project. On 12/12/2016, Sigma was honored to receive the trust of partners to become the Main M&E Contractor of the project. Up to now, the M&E works have gone more than half way, with the typical works were being implemented such as:

- Installing pipe for water supply and waste water drainage system at office building
- Installing pipe for electronic system at Office building
- Pulling cable for lighting, PA, CCTV,FA at 1st floor Office building
- Making manhole for water drainage system at waste house
- Installing cable ladder at Main building
- Installing box for socket and lighting system at 2nd floor Office
- Installing pipe for HVAC system at Office building
- Installing pipe for fire-fighting system at Office building
- Crane outdoor unit to roof Office
- Installing copper pipe for conditioner air at Office building
- Installing supports for fire-fighting system at Main Building
- Crane MSB panel to MSB room.
