Updated progress at Horizon Towers

Located in the West of West Lake, in Xuan Dinh Commune, North Tu Liem, Hanoi, Horizon Towers is specially paid attention to meet the needs of developing the Diplomatic Corps for the Embassy in Vietnam, non- governmental organizations, international organizations, apartments for foreigners in Hanoi… The project is a combination of a national cultural identity and modernization, promises to become the “golden bridge” between political and social field.
With an investment of more than VND 1,300 billion, invested by Hanoi Construction Corporation. In the process of project implementation, the project has set the strict requirements in the selection of prestigious contractors. With many years of experience in providing M&E services, Sigma Engineering was honored to be selected to deploy M&E work of the project. Since January 2016, Sigma has always been completed the project on schedule. From 3rd April to 8th April 2017, the typical works have been implemented such as:
Electrical system:
Electrical system:
- Installation exposed conduit for 25th (Tower T3, Tower T4)
- Installation embedded conduit for 20th for T4 & 21~ 22nd for T3
- Adding steel support V40x40x3mm for cable tray for 22~24th for T3 Tower
- Adding cable tray at Corridor Location Opening of Builder
- Pulling wiring for lighting…. of 15th T3A Tower
- Pulling wiring for sockets of 14~16th
HVAC System:
- Installation damper for kitchen exhaust air 14th -T4, 15th - T3
- Installation damper for corridor ducting system 15th – 20th -T4
- Installation copper pipe 19th – 22nd T3, 20th – 21 T4
- Leaked test for a drain 5th – 15th T4, 8th -15th T3
Plumbing System:
- Finishing all defect of water drain pipe system at T3 & T4 Tower
- Leakage test for water drain pipe system at basement 1
- Finishing all defect of water supply pipe system at T3 & T4 Tower
- Installation water supply pipe system for apartment of T3 Tower from 21st -23rd
- Installation water supply pipe system at technical riser of T4 from 17th - 25th
- Installation water meter at technical riser of T3B from 9th -25th
- Installation water meter at technical riser of T4 from 5th – 8th
Firefighting system:
- Installation water fire pipe system for apartment of T3 tower from 19th – 25th
- High pressure test for water fire pipe system at basement 1
- Finishing all defect of water fire pipe system at technical rise of T4 tower from 5th -25th
