Located on a prime location in Bai Truong, Phu Quoc, both projects which Sigma is executing Moonrise Beach Resort and Sonasea Villas & Resorts are all embraced and encircled by the Pearl Island – the paradise of sea and island tourism of Vietnam.
With a coastline stretching from Dinh Cau Port to the south of Phu Quoc Island, Bai Truong is the largest tourist complex in the island, located in Duong Dong Townlet of the province. Running along Bai Truong is the yang, the coconut trees babbling in the wind. It is the beautiful, seductive beauty that is boldly rustic, pristine has made a crowded and famous Bai Truong, attracting many investors and tourists to explore this beautiful land. The investor of Moonrise Beach Resort – Linh Chi Co., LTD and the investor of Sonasea Villas & Resorts – CEO Phu Quoc JSC have grasped the opportunity to create a complex of resorts, hotels and villas here, embellish the bustle and the flurry of the island.
With more than 12 years of experience in the field of installation of M&E system, the reputation of Sigma Engineering has been confirmed through the deployment of more than 100 projects, especially FLC Quy Nhon, Fusion & A La Carte Resort Sam Son. Sigma’s prestige is more enhanced when it was choosing to install M&E services for the project. Last week, from 22 to 27/05/2017 at Moonrise Beach Resort project, the typical works were being deployed:

- Executing and installing rain water drainage pipes
- Constructing and installing sewage pipes
- Constructing water supply pipes
- Pressure test firefighting pipes
Electrical system:
- Digging
- Installing HDPE conduit

- Installing cable trays, HDPE conduit/ B2 main block
- Installing cable trays, HDPE conduit/ B3 main block
- Civil works: chipping, burring soles, pipes in wall, ceiling tubes in hotel rooms

- Pulling – Testing pipes in hotel rooms
Plumbing system
- Building the axis of hotel rooms
- Distribution pipeline, pipe in wall in hotel rooms
- Pressure test in hotel rooms
Besides, last week, some typical works were also being implemented at Sonasea Villas & Resorts such as:
- Repair defects of electrical system, HVAC system, water supply and drainage for 96 villas
- Repair defects of HVAC system, water supply for utility rooms
- Installation of electrical equipment, completing the mock-up rooms at commercial street
- Installation, commissioning HVAC system at commercial street
- Installation of sanitary accessories at commercial street
