Topping out ceremony of The Legend 109 Nguyen Tuan

On the morning of April 6th 2017, Daiviet Intellect JSC and the contractors solemnly held the topping out ceremony of the Legend project in Hanoi. The ceremony marked the completion of the whole building’s civil works.
The ceremony was held at the project site, 109 Nguyen Tuan, there was hundreds of guests including representatives of the partners, news agencies and the other contractors participating in the project.
The Legend, the first luxury apartment project, was designed based on the perfect idea for the modern urban residents who prefer an integrated lifestyle of work, family and entertaining in a convenient location of transportation connection. Here, the residents can experience the unique blend between cultural diversity and sophistication of a modern apartment building with traditional Vietnamese lifestyle, full of light and wind to each apartment.
Mr. Le Van Tuan, General Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Daiviet Intellect said at the ceremony: "We are very proud that The Legend has completed the civil construction on schedule. The topping out ceremony marks an important step of the project. We hope The Legend will bring a completely new concept of modern living environment for Vietnamese market.
The topping out ceremony of The Legend project won’t be successful without the support of local authorities, consultant, contractors as well as our prestigious partner, Sigma Engineering JSC.”

The topping out ceremony took place successfully with united cooperation among the parties. This is an important milestone in the development roadmap of the project.
